Try lowest…if another command need do middle…if still disobeys use highest

1. collar level
2. stay on platform

1^st with crate before e collar

then e ecollar & crate

then w/o crate

when mastered into pigeon

3. get on platform

them distract with bird running around

pigeons & chickens

after gunfire intro then associate gunfire with stay
